Fun Hero schemes never go his way

This reminds me a lot of 2 fun series: Villainous lord of an Interstellar Nation, the other is Eminence in Shadow.
If you like those 2 kind of ones this is more of the same fun.

Protagonist has these wild fantasies wanting to do these crazy things to the heroines and sets up these grand plans but they never go his way and always wind up with him looking like the handsome hero come to save the maiden. So far we have 3 heroines I feel and all are unique and different.
