The story, although begins with a weird premise that could became some kind of fantasy that I will never be able to imagine, is executed surprisingly well and have a realistic side to it. I don't really think that there are high school girls buying each other in the real world, the realism in the story is from how they interact with each other. The awkwardness, the misunderstandings, the untold feelings are all feel good to read and sympathize. I like how Miyagi is confused about her own feelings because she has never experienced caring about others for too long. And Sendai, at least until the chapter I'm reading, is just thirsty for Miyagi. They are not lovers, yet desire each other aggressively. This kind of realism is rarely seen in reality because most of the relationships we see is not slow burn but rather start and end quick. Maybe I lack experience about love but this is a relationship I want to be in, understand the other one gradually, slowly falling in love. Thank you for writing this.
