In no way is this a criticism, just an observation, but after a suicide attempt hospitalization is mandatory, I believe that in Japan it is not so different. Romance with Doctor Handsome, Hayato discovering that the child isn't his, and discovering that she had an abortion. Perfect trio.

It's a very dramatic story indeed. As it's based on true events, I'm not sure if it meets your expectations, but I would be delighted if you enjoyed it until the end. The romance with the handsome doctor makes for a good read.
