In Hong Kong, Teacher is one of the job most student want to be. Because it is stable and well paid.
I can give you some compare to let you know how well it is. Like me, I am working in IT field in a foreign company. If you compare my salary with the teacher with same working experience, their salary can be my 1.5 - 1.75 times.
And I always change my job because the global environment changes, teacher won't have that changes.
One more thing, in Hong Kong, school are under some non government organizations, like religion group (Catholicism, Buddhism) or charitable organization. They are the one who own the school, not government.

one more thing, in Hong Kong, we still a bit affected by Traditional Chinese Culture, we through teacher is respectable, just like they are all 孔子.

Although it's his fault to involved with another wife but I'm very sad with him because he love futsuki and want to make happy marriage life with her but she betray him. It's yuuichi and futsuki fault but results for them aren't the same. Yuuichi become the criminal but futsuki has happy life. It's cruel for him and not equal.

Yes, its quite said.
But I think the main different between futsuki and yuuichi are, futsuki has realize her fault, and try to atone to Akita, but yuuichi did not.
