Seiji doesn't know anything about dealing with women, he doesn't even understand about relationships between men and women, evidently the way he's acting he hasn't been around females much at all, or he would understand that Misora isn't teasing, she cares for him to much, and is going overboard to get his attention, she can't stand that he shows nothing but rejection to her all the time, she would enjoy a little sexual harassment, it would mean that he's at least paying some attention to her, Misora doesn't realise that instead of getting closer he's getting further away from her.
