Scrolls seems to be too expensive, it took like 5000 to make one, even including mana potion it would be maybe up to 7000. But they charge 80000 for them.
In real world if you have other craftsmans and you need to compete with them, then prices naturally goes down. I know that old man is alone in town, but there are other towns close by
