Nationalist but still good/funny

I'm an American, so I honestly don't instinctively grasp some of the cultural connections here, but I do think that the nationalist/xenophobe approach taken by the author actually made this story far lighter and amusing than you would have thought. However, I do like the way the worst of the worst got what was coming to them, especially that goddess. Also, the black humor about the nature of high society, and the sadistic/crazy/yandere heroines were a great background.
