Katsuki's mom wants her to get closer to Sagara, her mom can see how much Katsuki likes Sagara, and how good Sagara's for Katsuki, she also sees that Sagara's a kind, gentle, and a loving good boy, who cares alot about her daughter. I'm not sure because of the way it's translated, it seemed that there was a little bit of a sexual undertone, during the fireworks play mostly from Okita-san, over all they sounded like everyone enjoyed themselves, Sagara wants to help Katsuki-san to make a lot of happy memories while they can, Katsuki-san wants a lot of memories with Sagara for the rest of their lives together
