今回はそれを理論上可能とする奥義の境地について

そう聞くと生涯衰えない不思議パワーや異能なんて想像するものがいるかしれないが当然そんな力ではなく条件さえ整えれば多くの人の手に渡る力についてだ

そんな力が現実に存在しうるのかそれは最後まで見ればおのずと理解できることだろう

さて武道やスポーツ格闘など戦う力を磨く道は数多くあれど現代においてその道のトレーナー専門家さえ効果を否定する鍛錬が存在することをこれを見た人は知っているだろうか?

その特異な鍛錬はとある武術に長い間継承されてきた鍛錬であるが現代スポーツ学などでは完全否定に近く迷信嘘効果なしと各方面の世界中の学者から散々な扱いを受けている不遇の鍛錬だ

素人はしかたないとしてその道のものでさえ効果を疑問視するほどで

それはその武術の道のプロでさえその鍛錬を軽んじるものさえいるほどだ

もったいぶってしかたないので答え合わせをしよう

それは中国武術の馬歩などいわゆる立禅といわれるたちながらポーズをとり何もせずじっと動かない鍛錬だ

そう聞くと何故動かない鍛錬が生涯現役の力というとんでもない力の会得に繋がるなどまず私以外思わないかしれない

しかしこれは理論上十分生涯現役の力が手に入る鍛錬法だ

さてではなぜ立禅で生涯現役の力が手に入るか説明しよう

たちながらポーズをとり何もせずじっと動かない鍛錬を続けると何が起こるのか

まず大前提としてこの鍛錬を長期間するには全方向に力を発し疲れて力の落ちた体と釣り合いを取らせながらその力を全身に発しなくてはいけない

つまり鍛錬中常に体全方向に力を放ち続けなくてはいけない

それを慣れて常態化するまで続けるとどうなるか

それは常に全身の全方向に力を放つことの状態かつまり常に全身で連動する全身一塊の体の動きの獲得である

常に体の全方向に力を放ち続けているため無意識的にその癖が染みつき意識意図しなくても全身が理論上連動して一塊で動くわけだ

それ力が何をもたらすのかそれは攻撃の際でいうなら常に全身連動した全身一塊を使った強烈な一撃が常態化すると予想される

如何に全世界に知れたいかなる天才格闘家の一撃でさえそんなことはまずできない

いかに天才の一撃とはいえ常に全身の力を使っているわけではないのでこの力を得たもの一撃よりも劣るのは想像がたやすいだろう

それがたとえ老人でさえも如何に筋力が落ち年を取ろうと肉体を支え維持し活動するための筋肉は見かけよりも多い

その全身の力を連動し一塊に放ては若い天才格闘家一撃など使っている力の多さと範囲から言って比ではないといえる

彼ら若い天才格闘家の大半はいかに使っている気でも全身は常には連動していない

そんな相手に常に全身連動する癖の染みついた達人が攻撃の威力の劣るなとまずありえない

如何に老人とはいえ全身連動すれは若いとはいえ体の一部しか連動せず使っていない一撃なと乗る力の範囲力の使用箇所から考えて比ではないだろう

それが生涯現役の力を可能とする力の主 奥義 生力 せいりき である

これなら如何に衰えようが若く全身連動の力を使っていない若い天才程度なら老いても勝てる可能性は大いにある

当然相手と状況にもよるが全身が連動して動く癖の染みついた全身が連動したまさに全身一塊の力の一撃にそうはいかに天才とは言え勝てはしない

これは年老い筋肉落ち腰がまがっでも健在の生涯現役で戦いに使える根幹的な力だ

だからこそ中国武術はあそこまでの数と質の達人を量産してきたのだろう

中国武術が生まれた大昔いかなる天才がそれに無意識的か意識的に気づき立禅を鍛錬に取り入れたかは不明だが生き残るために開発された戦う素手である世界各国の武術の大半が年老いてからの現役で戦う力の維持と年老いて戦い勝つ方法を念頭に置いていないのは多いがそういう意味では死ぬまで戦い続ける武術として本質に深く迫った武術と中国武術はいえよう

しかし大いなる問題も存在する

確かに立禅で常に全身に全方向に力を放つことが常態化すれば生涯現役の力の手に入るだろう

問題はその長さだ

これは人にもよるし鍛錬の気の持ち方状況によって会得までのスピードは人それぞれ

そして無心でやらなけれは体全方向に力を放ち続ける癖などそうは簡単につかない

仮に無心でやってもそう簡単には身につかないまさに達人の根幹的な力を成り立たせる奥義の境地だ

そのため早い効果を求めるものにはお勧めできず長い時をかける気か若いものにしか進められない

そして長くやったとしてこの騒がしく誘惑の邪魔の多い現代社会には不向きな鍛錬といえる

ただ言えることはこの奥義は愚直に続けられれば誰しもつかめる可能性のある達人の奥義の一つ

会得できるかは人次第だが誰しもどんな人間も才能の有無関係なく五体満足で立禅の鍛錬できるならなら達人の奥義の境地に手が届く位置に世界中の人類皆平等にいるのだ

つまりだ誰しも生涯現役の達人になりうる力を得る可能性があるのだ

ただ当然力だけでは戦えず合間に技を会得する必要があるがそして無理はしないことだ

無理やりやれば全身に力を放つことがおろそかになるただ立禅を続けることより立禅を続け全身に常に力を放ち続けることを意識すべきと言っておこう

ちなみに私はまだ会得はしていな術理の段階だ

私は生命根幹の力を操る名付ぬ禁術があるの今回紹介した道とは術理は同じだがまた違った道を行く

名付ぬ禁術とは人間の体の細胞全てが行う常に全方向に放ち続け釣り合いを持たせに肉体を維持する力を意図的に操る技だ

少しの応用で根幹の術理は利用できるはずだ

これを見た君たちならもう中国武術の鍛錬を嘘迷信非科学的という者はいないだろう

当然そのような鍛錬も存在するかもしれないが少なくとも立禅の意味と重要性は理解いただけだろう

ただいえることはどの道において正しい間違いは別として長く受け継がれるものの大半は何かしらの利点が存在しなくては長くは受け継がれない

その一つが立禅なのだ

さて今回はこれくらいにする

何度も言うが私は作家志望のしがない人間であり武道スポーツ格闘未経験基本知識ほとんどなしの人間だ

これは作家の勉強から派生した副産物の一つにすぎない

私がなぜこんなことができるのはそれは作品からに根幹的な技を学ぶことを繰り返したためその経験とノウハウが他分野の根幹的な仕組みや技を学ばせているからだ

The technique is the same as the path introduced this time, but I am taking a different path. The unnamed forbidden technique is a technique that intentionally controls the power that all the cells of the human body constantly release in all directions to maintain balance and maintain the body. With a little application, you should be able to use the core technique.
