第15話 ラブホから乗ったお客さんの話

我々タクシードライバーは、お客さんが何処に居ようとも、配車の依頼があればどこへでも行く。

ラブホテルからも頻繁に配車の依頼が来る。

（ちなみにラブホテルから配車依頼が来る時は、誰もお客さんの名前を明かさない。ホテル名のみで配車の依頼がくる）

正面入り口で待っていると、

初老のおばさんが一人で乗り込んできた。

おばさんは、乗り込むなりすぐに話しかけてきた。

「駅前のビジネスホテルは一杯で予約できなかったわよ。最近は、外国人が多いわね」

「まあ、円安でインバウンドの観光客が増えてますからね」と適当に相槌を打った。

「このホテル、出前ができるんだけど、二人前からなのよ。一人で食べきれないからやめたわ。」

「それはそうですよね」

「まあ、最近は年を取って外食も美味しいとは感じないけどね。こってりしていてさ。私なんて、タバコを吸っているだけで満足しちゃうわ。」

「タバコ吸われるんですか？」

「そうよ。１８歳の時から５０年吸っているわよ。一日２箱なくなるわ」

「二箱ですか？一か月で３６０００円くらいいくんじゃないですか？」

「まあ、お酒は飲まないからね。」

「私はタクシードライバーになってから酒量が増えましたよ」

「私ね。若いころ、へべれけになるまでお酒を飲んだ事があって、最後は、道で寝込んでしまったのね。そうしたら、男６人組が私を抱きかかえて、ワンボックスカーに連れ込んで、車を発進させて、どんどん町から離れた所に行って、話声がするのよ。

「何処でやっちゃおうか。誰が先にやる」みたいな話が聞こえて、私は「回される」と思って危機感に震えていたの。

そうしたら、何処かの山奥に連れて行かれて車が止まったの。

私はヤバいと思って、機転を利かして言ったの。

「私、性病を持っていますよ」って言ったら、

男たちは、冷めてしまったらしく、私を山奥に置き去りにして何処かに消えたわ。

次の日、調べたら、その近辺で連続レイプの事件のニュースがやっていたわ。」

私「・・・」

なんと返答したらいいか分からなかった。

とりあえず、「危なかったですね」と答えた。

Stories from customers who got on from a love hotel

As taxi drivers, we will go wherever the customer requests to give us a ride, no matter where they are.

We often receive requests for rides from love hotels.

(By the way, when requests for rides come from love hotels, no one reveals the customer's name. We only know the name of hotel.)

While waiting at the front entrance,

An elderly woman came on board alone.

She spoke to me as soon as she got in.

"I couldn't make a reservation at the business hotel downtown area in front of the station because they were all full. There are a lot of foreigners these days."

"Well, the number of inbound tourists is increasing due to the weak yen,'' I said, appropriately agreeing.

"This hotel allows delivery, but it only serves from the quantity amount of two people. I couldn't eat it by myself, so I stopped.''

"Of course"

"Well, now that I'm older, I don't find eating out to be as delicious.It's too oily for me, I'm satisfied with just smoking a cigarette.''

“Do you smoke?”

"That's right. I've been smoking for 50 years since I was 18. I lose two boxes a day."

"Two boxes? Isn't it about 36,000 yen per month?"

"Well, but I don't drink alcohol at all."

"For me, the amount of taking alcohol has increased since I became a taxi driver.''

"Well. When I was young, I drank until I was so drunk that I ended up falling asleep on the street. Then, a group of six men picked me up and pulled me into a one-box car.

They started the car, and drove further and further away from town, and I heard voices talking.

I heard people saying things like, "Where should we do it? Who will do it first?'' I was shaking with a sense of crisis, thinking that I was going to be pulled a train.

Then, I was taken deep into the mountains somewhere and the car stopped.

I thought it was crazy and said it wittily.

"I have a sexually transmitted disease,''

The men seemed to have grown cold and disappeared somewhere, leaving me behind in the mountains.

The next day, I looked it up and found that there was news about a series of rapes in the area. ”

"···"

I didn't know how to respond.

Tentatively, I answered, "It was dangerous."
