The fact that she feels no instinctive jealousy seeing those two flirt does indeed indicate that her feelings aren't romantic in nature... for now. Something might yet happen to change that.
Well, for my own part, I hope that this stays as a one-on-one romance OR if it does go harem, it should also have a proper polyamorous ending. I hate seeing likeable female characters heartbroken. So, basically, if they do fall for him, let them be with him, social norms be damned.
