1. This is a progress report on Lutein Smith, who serves as a professor at Kisteca Willicitan Graduate School. Note that this diary is not written by Lutein Smith himself, but by Yoshiharu Matikawa, a student at the same graduate school.

This article is only available to researchers at the 3rd research lab of Willicitan Graduate School, Yoshiharu Matikawa, Jennifer Johnson, Christina White, and the leader of the Bomin-Kai Japan Branch. If this information is released to anyone else, their personal information and human rights records must be deleted completely. The plan will begin on May 12, 2003 at 10:30 a.m.

2. At 10:30 a.m. and 3 seconds, we began the plan by administering tear-stopping medicine to Lutein Smith. At this point, we will not disclose the name of the plan used and refer to it as the "512 Plan" within this record.

Tear-stopping medicine is administered to replace all neurotransmitters in the brain with specific ones, with the purpose of confirming and controlling brain waves, and stopping brain function. The side effects are documented in (J-13), which is stored within the 3rd research lab, so we will omit them here.

We will leave a record of the conversation before and after administration, and the audio recording will be stored in (K-1).

Y: "This experiment has begun. Please take the tear-stopping medicine."

L: "It feels great to participate as the lead player in this project, which will have a big impact on the progress of humanity. Thank you in advance."

L: "Should I drink this? With water?"

Y: "Yes. After drinking it, please throw away the cup and silver paper from that hole."

L: "Okay. This medicine is sticking in my throat."

Y: "Have you drank it? Please wait for about a year for the effect to completely penetrate."
