I think that it should be easy to sell them, because they are light and can be stored for emergency.
Heal scrolls - obvious
Atrack scrolls - when you are outnumbared and need additional power. Like some that you woudn't be able to produce at current level and can save you/change tides of combat.
At least they can be advertized as such
