第18話　ミラが出会った敵の正体

ミラは皆と別れて、通路を泳いでいきます。

ミラは不思議なピアノの音に引かれ、進んでいきます。海の中で聞こえるピアノの音には驚きながらも、彼女は好奇心を抑えることができません。

すると、進んでいく先に真っ白な三角帽子をかぶった少女の姿が現れました。彼女は海藻で作られたドレスを着ており、不思議な雰囲気を纏っています。

ミラは少女に近づき、お辞儀をしながら尋ねます。「こんにちは、私はミラです。この海の中でピアノの音を奏でているのはあなたですか？」

少女は微笑みながら頷きます。そして、優美な動きでピアノの鍵盤を奏でると、美しい旋律が広がります。音楽に包まれながら、少女はゆっくりと話し始めました。

「私はメロディと申します。この海の守護者であり、音の力を操る者です。ピアノの音で海の生命を癒し、力を与えることができます」

ミラはメロディの存在に驚きながらも、彼女の力と美しい音楽に惹かれます。しかし、彼女が本当に敵なのか、それとも味方なのかはまだわかりません。

「メロディさん、私は仲間たちと一緒にこの海の冒険をしています。私たちにできることがあれば教えてください。どのように助けてくれるのですか？」ミラは尋ねます。

メロディは微笑みながら言いました。「私の力を借りれば、あなたたちはさらなる力を手に入れることができます。私と共に音の旅に出ませんか？」

ミラは迷いながらも、メロディの提案に興味津々です。彼女は新たな力と冒険の扉が開かれることを感じながら、返事をするのです。

メロディはミラにいいます。

もう一度手を握ってと。

ミラはメロディの真っ白な体が、赤くなるのを感じとりました。

何故赤くなるのとミラはメロディに聞きます。

赤くなるのは攻撃的な双子の妹が原因なのです。

ミラさん私に倒されてください。

ミラはメロディの言葉に驚き、心の中で葛藤します。彼女はまだメロディを信じることができるのか、自分の判断をどうするべきか迷っています。

「メロディさん、私はあなたを信じていたんです。でも、なぜ赤くなるのか、どうして双子の妹が攻撃的なのか、それを知りたいです。もし本当なら、なぜあなたは私たちに倒されてほしいのですか？」とミラは問いかけます。

メロディは悲しそうな表情で答えます。「私たちは双子の力でつながっています。私が赤くなるのは、妹が攻撃的な状態になったことを示しています。彼女は力を制御できず、危険な存在です。あなたたちを倒すように命令されているのは、私たちが妹とともに力を抑える唯一の方法だと言われたのです」

ミラは深く考え込み、メロディの目を見つめます。「メロディさん、私たちはあなたと妹との関係を理解し、あなたを助ける方法を見つけなければなりません。私たちは仲間です。もし妹が抑えられる方法があるなら、一緒に探しましょう。ただし、私たちが傷つけられることは許しません」

メロディはミラの言葉に救いを感じながら、頷きます。「ありがとう、ミラさん。私たちは力を合わせて妹を救う道を探しましょう。私はあなたたちに倒されることを望んでいません。仲間として、一緒に立ち向かいましょう」

Episode 18 The identity of the enemy Mira met

Mira leaves everyone and swims down the aisle.

Mila is drawn to the mysterious piano sound and she moves on. She is amazed by the piano sounds she hears in the sea, but she cannot contain her curiosity.

Then, in front of her, a girl wearing a pure white three-cornered hat appeared. She wears a dress made of seaweed and has a mysterious atmosphere.

Mila approaches her girl and asks while bowing to her. "Hello, I'm Mira. Are you the one playing the piano in this sea?"

The girl smiles and nods. And when she plays the piano keys with graceful movements, a beautiful melody spreads out. The girl began to speak slowly, surrounded by music.

"My name is Melody. I am the guardian of this sea and the master of the power of sound. The sound of the piano can heal and empower sea life."

While Mila is surprised by Melody's presence, she is drawn to her power and her beautiful music. But she still doesn't know if she's really an enemy or an ally to her.

"Melody, I am on this sea adventure with her friends. Please tell us if there is anything we can do. How can we help?" Mira asks.

Melody said with a smile. "With my help, you can gain even more power. Would you like to go on a sound journey with me?"

Although Mira is hesitant, she is very interested in Melody's proposal. She responds, feeling new powers and doors opening to her adventures.

Melody says to Mira.

She said hold her hand again.

Mila felt Melody's white body turn red.

Mira asks Melody why she turns red.

Her redness is caused by her aggressive twin sister.

Mira-san, please defeat me.

Mila is taken aback by Melody's words and is conflicted in her mind. She still wonders if she can trust Melody and what to do with her own judgment.

"Melody, I believed you, but I want to know why you're blushing and why your twin sister is so aggressive. If it's true, why do you want us to beat you?" Is it?” Mira asks.

Melody answers with a sad expression. "We are connected by the power of twins. My blushing indicates that my sister has become aggressive. She has no control over her powers and is a dangerous being. We were told that being ordered to defeat it was the only way we and my sister could hold back."

Mira thinks deeply and looks into Melody's eyes. “Melody, we must understand your relationship with your sister and find a way to help you. However, we will not allow ourselves to be hurt."

Melody feels relief from Mira's words, and she nods. "Thank you, Mr. Mira. Let's work together to find a way to save my sister. I don't want you to defeat me. Let's stand together as companions."
