    Akira was disturbed by her first encounter with an irate customer, who wouldn't accept an apology for her accounting mistake, when Hiroki took over from Megumi, she watched him handle the customer with patents, dignity, and calmness, that was surprising to her, Ruri thought he should have been more firm, but that would have caused more problems, Akira tried to praise Hiroki,it embarrassed him and he wouldn't stand for it.When Akira and Megumi went to break, Megumi asked how she was and if she was alright, then she tried to find out what Akira remembered and how she felt about Hiroki from ten years ago, thanks, this is an interesting and entertaining story.

  • 基本的にクレームって店の対応間違えると、客も熱くなって引っ込みつかなくなるからね
    クレーム対応についてはちゃんと教育しとくべき

    本当に熱くなってくると1時間とか対応しなければならなくなりますからね。

  • 客に非があるのに指摘したら逆ギレのケースもありますな……

    基本的に自分は間違ってないと思っているので正論は通用しないんですよね。
    逆ギレされるだけです。
