前のエピソード――第23話 The Place Of Mortals Reborn

Now, On the Place of Infinite Possibilities...

Orthonoxmus is standing while looking towards the divine water.

"Hah !?"

He reacted as he observed something.

Michal came near him and asked.

"What's the matter ?"

He asked because Orthonoxmus reacted like he observed something important.

"Um... It's nothing. You can continue the process."

Orthonoxmus said to Michal then look towards the divine tree.

"O-Okay."

Michal said then went towards the other side of the tree.

Orthonoxmus look down and think.

"What Sotean is doing there? It's good to see that he's fine. So, I was right... he never let Sotean die. But why did the guardian of that place save him? If I remember correctly the guardian maybe... Yeah. It's her. I hope she doesn't tell Sotean about Sotean's true real identity...or else it's gonna be a problem. I just hope."

The way Orthonoxmus said, seems like that he knows that someone's protecting Sotean from behind the scenes. And maybe that person and the guardian of The Place of Mortals Reborn together help in protecting Sotean's life.

Orthonoxmus look towards the top of the tree and muttered to himself while sighing.

*Sigh* " I just hope that this Sereka will be better soon. It's not easy for her to accept something like this."

Now, on Sotean's home...

Sereka is sleeping on Sotean's bed and has a dream.

*Glimpse*

"Come on Sereka you're too slow."

Kid Sotean said to Kid Sereka.

They're playing in the park.

*Panting* "Wait... Sotean. You're too fast."

Kid Sereka said to Kid Sotean in her cute voice.

While running she fell.

"Ah...!"

Kid Sereka screams while falling on the ground.

"Sereka !"

Kid Sotean said then he run towards Kid Sereka.

"Ow...It hurts."

Kid Sereka said while holding her knee and with some tears in her eyes.

While falling on the ground, It cuts her knee area.

"Are you okay...?"

Kid Sotean asked in a bit of panic.

After seeing her wound, he look worried.

He kneel on the ground and said to Kid Sereka.

"Here, Let's go home."

He is giving her a piggyback ride.

"Is it okay...?"

Kid Sereka said in a bit of hesitation.

"Yeah... Of course. Hurry up."

Kid Sotean said then smiles.

"Okay."

Kid Sereka said.

On her way, Kid Sereka closes her eyes and muttered to herself.

"Thank You So Much for always being on my side, Sotean."

Then they went home.

And Kid Sereka went home on a piggyback ride given by Sotean.

Then the time on the 'B ranked virtual timeline'.

"SOTEAN !"

Sereka said panicky to Sotean while forwarding her hands towards him.

Sotean smiles at Sereka and said.

"Thank You So Much for Everything... Goodbye."

A piece of satisfaction and peace is seen in his smile.

Then Michal, Hoshima, and Sereka return to the Place of Infinite Possibilities, and 'B ranked virtual timeline' explodes with Sotean in it.

*Glimpse Ends*

"SOTEAN !!"

Sereka wakes up from her sleep while screaming.

Hoshima came inside the room panicky and said.

"What's The Matter Sereka ?"

She is worried about Sereka's health.

"Huh ?"

Sereka responds confusingly by seeing Hoshima.

Then she look around and asked Hoshima confusingly.

"Um...Er....W-Where A-Am I ?"

Hoshima take a breath which show her a sign of relief then she said.

"We're in Sotean's room."

"Oh...."

Sereka said while looking around.

Then she asked while making a puzzled face.

"But what did I get here ?"

Her voice is full of confusion.

"Um... We're teleported back here by Orthonoxmus...and you're so weak so when we teleported here. You lose consciousness then I place you in Sotean's bed. So that you'll be recovered soon. So, how're you feeling now ?"

Hoshima explains the incident then asked Sereka about her health.

"Hum... I'm feeling better now."

Sereka said in a bit of confusion.

Then he remembered.

"Ho-Hoshima. Tell me what happened to Sotean. Is he alright? Where is he? Do you know anything that happened to him? Why he is not here? Do Orthonoxmus know anything? What does Orthonoxmus tell you about Sotean? Did he get any info about Sotean ?"

Sereka asked Panickly to Hoshima while putting her both hands on Hoshima's shoulder and pulling her forward and backward.

Hoshima thinks.

"If I tell her about what actually happened to Sotean, then she may not able to accept that...It's better to hide the truth for now."

Then Hoshima said.

"Don't worry. Orthonoxmus tell me that Sotean is teleported to some other dimension but he's fine. They're trying to find a way to bring him back here. So, don't worry. Okay ?"

Hoshima said while making words.

"Really? Glad to see that. Now we have to just wait."

Sereka said with a sigh of relief.

Then she smiles too.

"Yeah..."

Hoshima said then she smiles also.

Then she thinks.

"I just tell her a lie now but I hope you understand soon. I'm so sorry for telling a lie to you Sereka but... I don't want to lose you too."

Some tears are seen in Hoshima's eyes but she looks away so that Sereka isn't able to see that.

She never knew that what she just say is 100% true.

Now, On The Place of Mortals Reborn...

"W-What do you mean that you're Sereka ?"

Sotean asked her panicky then he get up.

"I meant to say that I'm Sereka but I'm-"

Sereka said but before she could finish her sentences, a group of Time Hunters appear some distance away from them.

"What !? There are..."

Sotean said shockingly while looking at those Time Hunters.

Yes, These Time Hunters are the Time Hunters defeated by Sotean and Sereka.

"Just a minute."

Sereka said to Sotean while looking towards that Time Hunters then she said to her pigeons.

"Deal with them."

Her pigeons fly towards that Time Hunters and give a wind attack to them.

Black Pigeon gives the Black-colored wind attack and White Pigeon gives the White-colored wind attack.

And in an instant, All the Time Hunters are disappeared.

"Woah...I can't believe that you're pigeons are that powerful."

Sotean said in amazement.

Sereka giggles and said.

"Yeah... They are. The White one is the Pigeon of Light. His name is Slant. And the Black one is the Pigeon of Darkness. His name is Iniquity. They both are necessary for the balance between the Day and the Night, the Evil and the Good."

She said then both her pigeons are sitting on her shoulders.

The Black one is on the left and the White one is on the right.

After hearing her explanation, Sotean sees a glance of His Sereka in her.

He widen his eyes in amazement and said.

"Tell me...Why do you just call yourself Sereka ?"

He said while making a serious face.

"Well, because I'm Sereka...but from another dimension."

She said then smiles.

"Oh...Now I get it. That's why your look is an uncanny resemblance to her."

Sotean said while understanding the concept.

Sereka smiles at him.

"But then, Why you're hair color is silver and also Your skin is fair like snow? The Sereka I know have black hairs and fair skin but not that fair."

Sotean said in confusion.

"Well...It's because I lose the color of both myself and my life."

She said in a sad voice.

"Hah? What do you mean? And yeah... Where's Me from your dimension ?"

Sotean asked in puzzlement.

"You're..."

She said in a sad voice.

Some tears appear in her eyes.

"S-Sereka...?"

Sotean said shockingly while seeing her tears.

Sereka look at the sky and said in a sad voice with some tears in her eyes.

"...The Sotean...I love the most...The Sotean...I wanted to live my whole life together...The Sotean...who always help me in need... The Sotean of my Dimension...."

She then look at Sotean and said.

"...Is Dead."

A cold wind starts blowing and Sotean became speechless after hearing that.
