The rains and clouds were sleeping, yet the sounds were haunting
As I fall asleep in bed,
the trees were hitting at my head.
Winds blew by, and with my best try,
my ears were on pillows, still I had to cry.
'Twas the sounds that said
you are a useless mate.
I found them right, and sunk in plight.
Nothing was left, not even delight.
I was not like any other man.
The world had said, I have no aid.
I felt forsaken, and felt my existence mistaken;
so I cried on bed, as others happily played.
Yet in my sorrow, I saw a pillar to borrow.
Hope I sought, yet I see it not.
As time would flow, I stayed humble and low,
and when sunshine came, after the gloomy rain,
the pillar I saw, was always there,
and never a second, has it ever gone.
The midnights of endless haunt, are never again to taunt.
The rains and clouds were sleeping, yet the sounds were haunting シンエンさま @shinennsama
