For some reason i had to read this episode twice. After reading again i began to understand more full Yu's true kind nature. I also believe that Master, in that quick exchange of blows also fully grasped the understanding of this boys heart.
I dont think Rin has yet to understand about Yu and also the meaning her father explained abou Yu's technique when he received her blows to prevent her from harm despite being the aggressor.
