This cheeky girl needs some discipline. He missed a good chance to PROPERLY kiss her and get some payback, possibly see her flustered for once. It's no fun if it's always one-sided, I want him to attack back sometimes.

This one's a bit too much... Regular teasing is fine, but this is just plain humiliating. And the fact that he just agreed without a second thought reveals the extent of the emotional damage his sister has inflicted on him (I assume, since that's the only logical explanation based on what we know so far) already, destroying his dignity and making him what I'd call a "doormat" of a protagonist. The sole saving grace is that they're in private, but even so, my interest in this story just dropped dramatically.
Edit: Sure, there may be cultural nuances I'm missing here, but I find it hard to think of a context, outside of a couple's bedroom play, where this is NOT humiliating.

あーあ、普段から恭一郎がみゆとの兄妹会話がいつもこんな会話の応酬なら、リスキーと分かりつつ眞由ちゃんをほっとけないのも然もありなんかもですなぁ。
眞由ちゃんを小悪魔から天使、果ては女神様に見えていくのも時間の問題かな〜😅
でも…確かにみゆとの会話その物はギスギスもんですが、
彼女自身奥底では兄を完全に嫌っているのかなとチト疑問。

Is she whimsical or a schemer? I can't tell. At times she seems to act thoughtlessly, just seeking a thrill, but it might all be a carefully calculated plot to ensnare the guy she's interested in. 🤔
