Daylight Daydream

I cower in fear

out of sheer terror

when it was done

it was finally clear

out in the sun

bright and fun

I was finally here

a world of happy tears

all around vibrant colors

no word of disgust

no word of being aghast

oh

but a feeling

t’was early morning

achieved a goal

but zero scores

jump over a hole

of downwardness

all the way to the core

all of pure joy

I’ve surly met this creature before

named

victory.
