Hina Kawasaki was a "supposedly" heiress.

When you think of an heiress, you imagine someone blessed with beauty, intelligence, and talent—a high-spec heiress, so to speak.

She excelled academically, always ranking at the top of her class, had a model-like face and appearance, excelled in sports, and was surprisingly skilled in combat, including kendo and archery.

On the other hand, there's also the popular archetype of the villainess heiress who freely flaunts her wealth and power, trampling over others. It's not so bad when the villainess turns out to be a good person after all.

Hina Kawasaki had no connection to such glamour.

To begin with, even though they were referred to as "zaibatsu," most of the Japanese conglomerates were dismantled after the World War, becoming independent private companies, and the term "zaibatsu" itself became associated with small-scale corporate groups.

Hina's family, too, despite having one butler, had only a few servants, making it a rather modest household. It was a far cry from the extravagant lifestyle of emerging IT companies.

"Good morning, Hina-sama. Did you wake up?"

When Hina entered the dining hall on the first floor, an elderly butler welcomed her.

His real name was Chiaki Sabasu, a member of the Sabasu family who had served the Kawasakis since before the war.

Since Hina had a slight speech impediment as a child, she called him "Sebastian," and even now, she refers to him as "Sebastian."

"Good morning, Sebastian. What's on the schedule for today?"

"Yes, Ojou-sama. Today, at 3 p.m., you will participate in the activation ceremony of the Kawasaki Heavy Industries Experimental Facility, Spring ♾️, together with Shiro-sama. I will bring your change of clothes to the middle school when it's time for you to return home."

"I see, understood."

After finishing her meal, Hina got into the limousine and headed to middle school.
