Yosho was happy he got the usual chocolate at school from Ayane, Mana gave him chocolate when he first came to her house after school, than after having fun with Mana and Masumi, Mana feel asleep, and he was heading home, Masumi stopped him, and asked him to wait, she brought a box from the kitchen, and gave him, when he asked if he could open it, she asked to wait till he got home as she was to embarrassed to watch him open it, when he got home and opened the surprise gift, it was truffles in chocolate, it awed him that she would do that, he decided that he had to get something special for them come white day,Yosho believed that the chocolate from Masumi was obligation chocolate because of helping with Mana, he's missing the whole point that Masumi was trying to get across to him, by helping him with dinners, housekeeping, and the chocolates, that was that she was liking him, and hinting that she wanted him to ask her out on a date, although she didn't understand how it happened, he was so different from other boys around her, honest, open, caring about others, respected her space, didn't make feel like she was on display, and especially he didn't act like a monkey in heat around her, his help was offered freely, with no strings, and before she knew it, she had fallen for him, it was also good that he was able to take teasing well with an open mind, and the way he interacted with Mana, she was also taken with him, as a friend, an older brother, a playmate, and even as part of the family. The reaction of Masumi, being embarrassed at having her sleeping face seen by Yoto, rather than being upset at being carried to her room by him, is strange, usually a girl of her age would be upset at a boy of her age carrying them to the bedroom while asleep, they would be worried about how they were held, where they were touched, what happened as they were being carried as well as after they were laid down, and they could be really angry if they didn't trust the boy, or if they thought that they might have been touched in embarrassing places while sleeping.

It made Masumi happy to hear Yoto make the promise, because, to her it meant that Yoto enjoyed being around her and Mana, and that they could possibly end up getting closer, Yoto didn't realise that she was thinking that way he just enjoyed being around the two girls, and didn't think deeply about what the promise implied, if he had he would have been upset and scared.

for not knowing what women like, the hand cream was a hit with Masumi, and he already knew Mana liked cute stuffed animals, both girls were excited by his gifts, Masumi because she feels like she has to save money for Mana, and Mana because Yoto cares so much for her, and she loves her onii-chan, he fills a hole in her heart that she couldn't get filled before, she might not even realise it at her age, all she knows is she feels good when onii-chan is around, Masumi is also realising that being by Yoto's side makes her feel good, and he's watching over her as he sees when she needs help or anything else, he doesn't say anything but his actions show exactly how he feels, about Mana and her.

Yoto was right the first time when christmas was mentioned, when Masumi asked Yoto what he was doing on the 25th of the month, as it is December, she was inviting him to dinner, but also she was wanting to spend a little special time with him, she wants to monopolize Yoto, but she has the benefit of having a younger sister, so she knows a bit about dealing with the feeling of wanting to have somebody all to herself. Masumi is looking at Yoto as more than a friend, he's not quite a potential mate, but as he's liked by Mana, he's a very strong candidate, and there is no one else around that is close to being more than just a good friend, so she strongly wants to know him better, she doesn't know how much he puts himself down, but that doesn't matter to her anyway, Yoto is the only one who thinks he's not good enough to be around her.

After talking with Ayane and Daichi, Yosho was noticing that he was jealous of Ayane getting along with Kurokawa, he had to fight his desire to monopolize Kurokawa, and try to keep talking to her so as not to reveal his feelings for her, to her, he shocked himself when he realised what he was starting to feel towards her.

Yosho and Kurokawa were caught by Ayane and Daichi. Ayane and Daichi can see what Kurokawa and Yosho can't see, that Kurokawa and Yosho are in a relationship even if they don't realise it themselves, no matter how much they deny it, the relationship might have started because of Mana, but now it's much more than that, although Mana is still very much involved.
Did the Author rewrite this story, or have it on another site, it seems to be really familiar, I've read something close to this story before, I know lots of stories of the same ideal, but all of them, except the one I can't put my finger on are different in a lot of ways, maybe it was one that was unfinished and removed, because I don't remember the finish of the light novel, thanks for the work.

Yosho is having feelings for Kurokawa, even though he denies it to himself, when he saw her looking at the stuffed plush rabbit, the sight rung his heart, it hurt even more when she walked away, because he could see how much she wanted it, he doesn't know that when he gives the plushy to her, her heart will melt, even though that's not what he's meaning to do, he wants to repay her for how much she has helped him, he knows from the way she walked out that she really wanted to buy the plushy but she was worried more about having the money for Mana's gift.

Yosho has the wrong ideal, instead of not getting along, Kurokawa would like to get along better, if she knew how to get closer to him, she was going to compliment him on his hair and mention that he should style his hair more often as it really made him look good.

Yosho was able to lift Kurokawa's spirits by telling her that Mana loved her the way she loved Mana.Kurokawa told Yosho that he was re-paying her by making Mana smile so much more!

medilsome friends are troubling.

Yoto ended up getting invited for meals every evening, cute Mana-chan is very excited about having Yosho onii-chan come over after school every day and on other days too, Yoto is happy to have a home cooked meal by a very good cook, Kurokawa is happy that Mana is happy, and she has someone who appreciates her food, and maybe even someone her age she can talk to, her life must be lonely, keeping to herself at school, turning down unwanted confessions from boys who are after only one thing, it must be refreshing that her sister brought home a boy her age, who is gentle and kind, not all hormones wanting to act out on her

invited again, even though he tried to get out of it by mentioning that it was late for a boy to be in a girls room with no adults around, just him and a7 year old girl and a girl his age.

very domestic, Kurokawa loves Mana so much she doesn't mind that she has to take care of her. Without their parents around Mana gets lonely, Yoto helps her to overcome that loneliness, since Mana likes Yoto so much, Kurokawa is going to start relying on Yoto for help with Mana and fixing him more meals, saying that it means so much to Mana when he comes over to eat, maybe it will not be too long before she makes a bento for him. Kurokawa is showing Yoto a side of her that is not seen by anyone other than him and Mana. Thanks the novel is moving, fun and interesting, a very good romantic love comedy.

Yoto got a crash course on cleaning, now he needs to keep it that away for when one or both of his next door neighbors visit, he's involved in something he doesn't understand, little Mana has grown quite attached to Yoto, little kids know good people, especially little girls, she's so cute, thanks.
