第14話 Dream World Of Sotean

"Sotean! Hey! Say something !"

Sereka said panicky while trying to wake up Sotean.

"W-What's happened to him ?"

Hoshima said in shock while covering her mouth.

Before they can do anything, the three returned to the Place of Infinite Possibilities.

"Seems like you all made it! Congratulations !"

Orthonoxmus said while praising them.

Then he look at Unconscious Sotean and asked.

"What's happened to him ?"

"He passed out after defeating the time hunter."

Hoshima said worriedly.

"Please save him, Orthonoxmus."

Sereka said panicky.

Orthonoxmus understands the situation.

He steps forward towards Sotean.

Kneel and place his hands over his chest.

"Hm...."

He is observing the problem.

"WHAT !?"

He said shockingly.

"W-What's the matter ?"

Hoshima said worriedly.

Sereka looks at Orthonoxmus, expecting an answer.

Orthonoxmus takes a deep breath then stands up and asked Sereka and Hoshima.

"Tell me. How he passed out."

His voice is serious.

Sereka and Hoshima explain the whole incident.

"Hm...I see. As expected."

He said thoughtfully.

"Will you tell now what's happened to him ?"

Sereka asked Orthonoxmus worriedly.

Orthonoxmus sighed and said.

"I'm afraid that he is in a coma."

His voice is serious.

"WHAT !?"

Sereka and Hoshima respond shockingly.

"B-But How ?"

Hoshima asked Orthonoxmus shockingly.

"Well, it's because every Time Travellers have given a limit to their power which they are not allowed to break. But if you break the limit and your body is not that strong to adapt according to power then the user will lose consciousness and go in coma."

He explains seriously.

"But there must be some way !"

Hoshima asked furiously.

"I'm sorry. In a coma, the user enters a world of their own where everything he wants will be there. If the user doesn't want to come back. Then after 72 hours, the user will die."

Orthonoxmus explains.

His voice is serious.

"Th-Then what should we do ?"

Hoshima asked while making a worried face.

Sereka is sitting down and still looking at unconscious Sotean with her teary eyes.

Her eyes are not visible to Orthonoxmus and Hoshima because she is looking down at Sotean.

"Well, I think their only one thing you can do. Go home observe his moments. If he didn't gain consciousness within 42 hours then come back here as soon as possible. Then I have no choice but to try that method."

Orthonoxmus said thoughtfully.

"W-What method ?"

Hoshima asked frightenedly.

"Spirit Extracter."

Orthonoxmus said.

"S-Spirit...Extracter...? What is this ?"

Hoshima asked confusingly.

"Spirit Extracter is a technique where the person who was in a coma can able to come back to consciousness."

He said.

"Then why don't you try it now ?"

Hoshima said in a bit of anger.

"Well, because if it failed then the person will sleep forever and never wake up."

He said seriously.

"What !?"

Hoshima responds shockingly.

"Yes, That's why it is only used as the last resort."

Orthonoxmus said.

"Oh...I see."

Hoshima said hopelessly.

"But Don't worry there's still the chance that he will gain consciousness. Just wait and watch."

Orthonoxmus said.

"Hum... There's no other way."

Hoshima said sadly.

They both look back at Sereka.

Sereka is looking at Sotean continuously with tears in her eyes.

Orthonoxmus pat at Hoshima's shoulder and said.

"I think it's better if you all now go home and take some rest as well as observe him. And also take care of Sereka. I think she cannot bear this about what just happened to Sotean."

His voice is serious.

"Hum... Okay."

Hoshima said in a serious voice.

Then Orthonoxmus snaps his fingers and then Sereka, Hoshima along unconscious Sotean return to Sotean's home.

*Sotean in his dream world *

Sotean is floating in the place of endless darkness.

He slowly opens his eyes.

"W-Where Am I ?"

He muttered to himself.

Then suddenly the darkness converts into a street-like place.

Topsy turvy streets, Waning Cresent yellow Moon, Strange types houses and purple sky with pure white stars, big dark green trees, long street light with oval-shaped head.

"Huh !? What just happened ?"

He muttered to himself confusingly.

He starts looking around in amazement.

"What is this place? "

He muttered to himself.

"As what I remember, I'm fighting the time hunter of 'Cranked virtual timeline'. Then after defeating him, I passed out, but where am I now ?"

He muttered to himself again while rubbing his head.

He sees some familiar figures in front of a house.

He observes it then he widened his eyes in surprise.

"I-It can't be !?"

He said to himself in complete shock.

* Now, Sereka and Hoshima along with unconscious Sotean return to his home. *

Hoshima and Sereka lied down unconscious Sotean to his bed.

"Huff! I hope he will be fine. Right Sereka ?"

Hoshima said with a bit of confidence.

She looks at Sereka and sees that Sereka is still in tears.

Hoshima makes a sad look too by seeing Sereka but then she looks towards the ground with a sad look.

Then she closes her eyes then opens and then she hugs Sereka.

"Ho-Hoshima...?"

Sereka said confusingly.

"Don't worry. He will be fine. He promised you that he will always protect you, Right ?"

Hoshima said in a gentle voice.

"Hum."

Sereka said with teary eyes.

"I know he will never leave you. So, don't worry he will be fine. I know he will come back for you. After all... he loves you. That's why, Just wait, Okay ?"

Hoshima said in a gentle voice.

Hoshima trying not to show her own emotions in this condition. After all, Hoshima also loves Sotean.

By hearing what Hoshima said,

Sereka became more and more emotional.

"Hum...I... know."

She said while trying not to cry but failed and then she starts crying.

By seeing her crying, Hoshima also felt sad. Some tears are also seen in Hoshima's eyes.

*Now back to Sotean's dream world*

"B-But how ?"

Sotean said to himself in shock.

He sees two people standing in front of a home.

When some light showed on their side, they were Sotean's parents.

His father is wearing a white and golden colored shirt with white-colored jeans and his father is also wearing spectacle. His face is not clearly visible but he has black hair.

His mother is wearing a sleeveless primarily white and secondarily red dress with gold trim. She has a collar with a red rose on the center. Her dress is open in the back and has a red bow at the bottom. she wears a black ribbon around her left arm, a red ribbon tied in her hair, and red high heel shoes.

She has silver hairs.

Her face is not clearly visible.

"Mom...Dad..."

Sotean said emotionally.

Tears flow out of his eyes in happiness.

"It's been a while, my son."

His father said with a smile.

"Nice to see you again, dear."

His mother said with a smile.

Sotean runs towards them and instantly hugs them with teary eyes and a gentle smile.

They both smile too.
